"Numbers never lie"-Michael Smith and Jemele Hill. That quote explains my theory as to why the Packers may be better off without Erin Rodgers. Lets take a quick look at wins and losses under Rodgers. The Packers have 47 losses with Aaron under center. This year, they only have 2 losses without Rodgers. Those numbers DO NOT LIE folks. Next I want to take a look at opportunities for other players. Rodgers loved to throw the ball all over the field, but that took carries away from Aaron Ripkowski. Rippy averaged 4.4 yards per carry last season and with Rodgers always wanting to throw the ball, you lose those gritty 4.4 yards every time you let Rip Daddy tote the rock. Lastly, I am going to take a look at the impact of Aaron's personal life. The last time Aaron broke his collarbone, he wasnt dating Olivia Munn. Hmmm, Aaron breaks up with Olivia before the season starts and what happens, he breaks his collarbone again. Aarons personal life decisions are killing this team and killing this franchise. I think all the owners need to sit down at the next owners meeting and talk about trading Rodgers.
This has to be the worst take I have ever seen
ReplyDeleteTBH this is on the owners. Why didn't they realize they had an unproven backup at their annual meeting in July? Could've signed a solid backup like Charlie Batch or Dan Orlovsky (a guy who literally knows no boundaries). Owners (looking at you guy who wears football pants, a Bart Starr jersey, and a cheesehead that states "NFL Owner") need to look themselves in the mirror and take some blame. Never Kaepernick though. Owners respect the Red White & Blue too much for that clown.
ReplyDeleteThis is spot on! The Owners have a ton of pressure on them to make the right choice at QB. The only kneeler us owners want is Tim Tebow, because he kneels to the man upstairs.
